Asbestos Register

We are able to prepare an asbestos register to detail the locations & types of asbestos-containing materials identified from the surveyor’s asbestos report.
This is required to be updated at least annually in accordance with the CAWR Regulations.

Asbestos Register

This register details the inspection of a site, where the asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) are re-inspected on an annual basis.

The register details photographic evidence of the current condition of the installation as well as a written description of the current status of the ACM’s including any damage, repairs or remedial works since the last survey.

This register will need to be updated every 12 months in accordance with the latest edition of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations.

These records must be kept in a safe place, as the asbestos register is required by law. It details any annual changes and along with the original asbestos report should be made available to all persons likely to work on any areas where ACMs are known to be present.
